Some of our customers choose to purchase a toilet for us to install. If you are sourcing your own toilet, keep these guidelines in mind:

Space For Your New Toilet
Consider your space and what size toilet will make for a comfortable fit within this space. An elongated bowl toilet may not fit in a tight space as well as a round bowl model.

Existing Plumbing Limitations For Your New Toilet
You will need to know the “rough-in” size for your old toilet before purchasing a new one. This is the specific placement of the water and sewer pipes through the floor and wall. We can assist you with the proper way to take these measurements.

Two-Piece vs. One-Piece Toilets
The most economical toilets to buy and install are two-piece toilets. In a two-piece toilet, the tank that mounts onto a bowl with special hardware. Higher-end toilets including wall-mounted toilets, one-piece styles, and bidet seats may cost many times more and are often much different to install. The style and design of your new toilet may affect the overall cost of installation. We can provide an installation estimate to help you decide.
