Drain Line Replacement

Tunneling

Tunneling is sometimes the best way to replace sewer pipes that are damaged underneath a home’s slab foundation. These tunnels are carefully dug by hand, then new PVC pipes are installed. These new pipes are anchored to the concrete slab above with steel hangers to prevent movement in the future.

Spot Repair

A spot repair is a viable solution when only a single fitting needs a repair. We use locating equipment to find the broken spot. Then, we dig (by hand) to uncover the pipe, take out the broken fitting, and put in a new one. Spot repair is also an option if the break is underneath the slab and tunneling isn’t a good option. We can go through the slab and make the repair being careful to cause minimal disruption to your home.

Trenching

Trenching is also a good option for replacing the main sewer line in the yard. The entire trench is dug by hand and carefully backfilled after the job is complete. Our experts are generally able to preserve anything that must be disturbed by the trenching process, such as sod and any landscaping. Rest easy knowing that we will treat your property with care and complete the job quickly and efficiently.
