Nauman is a reputable company with professional, competent techs. I switched to Nauman from a disreputable HVAC that operates in the Poconos. UPDATE: i needed a separate repair issue in less than 9 days! Nauman sent Vincent, immediately diagnosed the issue of a failed well water pressure tank. Like Brett, Vincent was professional, efficient and was obvious he was experirenced! My well water tank was replaced in short time restoring water pressure to the house. Brett was excellent tech. He assessed the situation and gave me options. I went with the better, long term option, which wound up being $2 cheaper! Most techs will just stick to the immediate task (unclog the drain). The better option was to include a cleanout plug for easier cleanout in the future! He was efficient, professional, and cared to clean up after the job - plumbing is messy. I highly rate and recommend Brett. And i highly recommend Nauman for plumbing and HVAC solutions.

Len LavendaWe have been Nauman customers for many years during which time we used a wide range of their services. After several years of informing us that our AC system was approaching its final days, we reached the point where we couldn't put off replacement any longer. Nauman provided us with several options, including upgrading to a higher efficiency heat pump system that would reduce our energy costs. In addition, they recommended replacing the attic duct work, which had been decaying for many years and failed to provide adequate cooling to our second floor during extremely hot days. The installation process went smoothly. We have always been impressed with the professionalism of Nauman technicians and that continued throughout the two weeks required to complete the job. All our questions were answered and the system operates as we had hoped. We expected an outstanding job and we were not disappointed.

Vlad DEdit: since you guys decided to deny that you installed the system I’m attaching an extra pictures that proofs that you installed it! Only time can tell whether an installation was done correctly. My system was installed in November 2020, and the consequences of improper installation are now evident. The unit is severely rusted internally and becomes flooded with condensation on a daily basis. I have provided photos showing how the system should have been installed versus how it was actually installed. What may appear to be a small error has caused significant damage over the course of five years. Unfortunately, I am the second owner of the home and have inherited this issue; however, the damage is clearly the result of improper installation, not faulty equipment.
