What services do you offer?

In the Boston, MA and Southern NH markets, we offer plumbing and HVAC services. We are your trusted local experts from everything to annual maintenance to full system installations and emergency repairs.

Do you provide free estimates?

We offer free estimates on HVAC installations and replacements. Our professional comfort advisors will come out to your home, evaluate your space and comfort needs, and provide you multiple options that will be best suited to your home and your budget.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our location is fully licensed and insured to provide plumbing and heating & cooling services in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Do you provide emergency services?

We know that heating and plumbing emergencies don’t always happen during business hours. Our HVAC technicians and plumbers are available and ready to help restore comfort in your home after hours and on the weekends.

Do you offer financing?

Diana RichardsWe've been customers of Unique Indoor Comfort, now associated with Ace Hardware, for five or so years. They literally saved us from a very poorly installed HVAC system that didn't work. It took 12 hours but they finally figured out and repaired the faulty pipe connections the first company did. They earned our trust and we hired them to install our high-velocity A/C system the following spring. We met Peter today who was here doing annual maintenance on the A/C. He was delightful, friendly, courteous, and swift in a good way. We gladly welcome him again this fall for the HVAC annual maintenance. 5 stars for sure!

Jay BeaconTevoy was excellent. He showed up on time and took great care of annual preventative maintenance on our furnace and even had protective coverings for his boots. I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort. They were great installing the furnace and hot water tank and our first service was so easy.

Linda ButlerPeter came today to do our furnace maintenance for the first time. He was communicative, polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. His assistant, Mike was also very good. Because I was so impressed, I signed up for the yearly maintenance program.

Chris GrantWe’ve been extremely disappointed with the reliability of our unico system. It’s only about 4 years old, yet it has already required 1–2 major repairs per year since installation. Now we’re being charged another $650 in labor, on top of a $289 diagnostic charge, for a repair on a part that is supposedly still under warranty. Unless this is an unusually time-consuming repair, that labor charge feels excessive. More importantly, when a major component fails under warranty, customers should not be stuck paying such high replacement costs just to install the warranted part. A warranty should provide meaningful protection, not just cover the physical component while leaving homeowners with large labor bills every time something fails. For a relatively new system to have this many significant issues is very frustrating and has seriously hurt our confidence in the product and service experience.
